During the discovery and strategy phase, we help with project scoping, technical questions, creative direction, theme selection, site map, and product architecture, and app selection.
Once we have clarity around functionality of the website and the creative direction, we will start designing in Figma. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback during the process to ensure everything feels aligned with the way you want to present your brand to the world.
If you're a designer on a development only project, we will review your design mockups for technical feasibility to make sure the designs your client see can be executed within the project fee and timeline.
This is when you can relax. We develop the site and will send you weekly updates as we go. We love making Loom videos to walk you through our progress.
After that, we refine the website with you over two rounds of refinements to make sure everything looks perfect.
We'll be right there with you to launch your stunning new website! And after that we provide post-launch support for any bug fixes and questions. Ongoing support is also available so you can rest at night knowing we're here to help with your future needs.
We're specialists in Shopify web design and development, and we stick to what we do best. Here's a list of things you'll need to start, and whilst we don't do a lot of these, we do have a wide network of people we trust who specialise in each area.
Your product. We can't do without the most important thing—your amazing product. Your product needs to be ready for photography. If you're still ideating, or in the packaging design or manufacturing phases, then it's a bit early to be working on your website.
Brand identity assets, think logo and custom illustrations (if required). Don't worry if you need a colour and font update, we can help with that.
Brand photography. Let us know if you need recommendations for professional stylists and photographers, we know some talented people.
Copywriting. We can also partner with our copywriting partner on your project.

It will be semi-custom, meaning we will take a vetted theme and its available sections and features, and turn it into a website that looks on-brand and beautiful with our own customisations. Depending on the project scope, we also offer the bespoke sections to further set your site apart from everyone else’s.
This process is best for small to medium businesses as it results in a website that can be done in a few weeks/months, and has a strong, thoroughly-tested foundation which you can trust.
While we do work according to our project schedule to complete the website in time for launch, finish dates cannot be 100% guaranteed, especially if the site integrates a lot of third-party apps, or if there are delays from the client’s end.
The investment largely depends on the scope of the project. Typically design and development projects start at US$8,000, and development only projects start at US$5,000.
We split payments across the wait period and project timeline as we find it feels more comfortable for our clients.
Please note payments are split into one non-refundable deposit to book the project, and then equal monthly payments across the project timeline. Invoices are sent on the 1st of each month, and are not based on milestone completion.
